Refund Policy

We are very precise about our Exchange Policies (Refund Policy) and shipping services. As pregnancy care is a very important health factor, we ship products strictly on time with a speedy delivery system intact. We also make sure the products arrive safely to you in discreet packages.

  • Customers qualify to receive a 100% refund of the item’s billing amount if the delivery is not made.
  • Consumers should provide the right reason and order number when they request re-shipping.
  • If the products are not delivered in the estimated time, the customer can claim a full or ask for a free-of-cost re-shipping.
  • does not consider and process refunds if the product gets back to it because of an incorrect shipping address supplied by the consumer.
  • A total billing amount refund is provided to the customer if the order is canceled prior to its confirmation.
    Only a 50% refund of the billing amount is offered for orders canceled after they are approved.
  • For requesting a refund after the item is delivered or shipped to the customer, he/she needs to contact us on email or live chat. The customer care will give a shipping address on which the person has to return the product. We will return 50 percent of the billing amount to the customer, once we get the item.

Note: According to our refund policy, If the order is canceled in 2 hours from booking online, only then its refund request will be considered.
